My name is Drew, and I believe with all my heart that no story is too broken for God to redeem. I don’t lead men from a place of theory or distant observation — I lead from lived experience, hard-won transformation, and the unwavering belief that new hope is always possible.

Several years ago, I hit a point in my life where everything came crashing down. I destroyed the most important thing in my life through infidelity. I shattered my marriage, broke trust with those I loved most, and came face-to-face with the man I'd become - someone I barely recognized and deeply despised.

My choices had consequences, and my sin cost me deeply. But in the ashes of my failure, the grace and person of Jesus met me; not with shame, but with an invitation to rebuild my life from the ground up. And I chose to take that journey seriously.

Over the past several years, I’ve invested countless hours in real, hands-on transformational work:

• ongoing counseling and pastoral guidance

• transformational prayer and freedom prayer ministry with trusted Gospel leaders

• deep therapeutic work and biblical mentorship

• a year-long intensive cohort designed to rewire destructive patterns and rebuild my mind

• steadfast accountability from godly men in my local church

• a committed brotherhood that refuses to let me slip into isolation

This isn’t surface-level change. It’s been a complete reshaping of character, identity, and purpose.

Today, I serve my church and community because I believe healed men become healing men. For the past three years, I’ve led a men’s group built around core themes of biblical manhood. I serve as a Sunday School teacher. I coach youth football. I mentor men one-on-one. And I continue to surround myself with mentors, elders, and friends who keep me humble, honest, grounded, and growing.

I don’t pretend to be a perfect man — but I am a transformed one.
